Joe Beer, writer of Fitness and Science in Cycling Plus, and Ironman triathlete, and 220 Coach Of The Year, will be holding a training day in Brighton on the 27th November.
This will be held at the Brighton Health and Racquet Club and is supported by Fuel and Esporta. There will be seminars with Joe, who will be talking about new ways to improve performance and sports nutrition, as well as answers to individual questions.
"It'll be very practical helping people to set up a good series of training habits and a refresher course in the most up to date products and research. So if you think you know it all you can always learn more," said Joe. It's aimed at intermediate or advanced riders who want to improve their training especially over the winter period and learn from the techniques of top athletes.
There will also be swimming and turbo spinning classes and samples of nutrition products from SIS, High5 and PowerBar. The Run Shop and South Downs Bikes, who offer bike fitting, will be participating too. At the end of the day they'll be a wind down yoga lesson.
If you want to go places are limited so book early. Tickets cost £25 for the day or £10 for seminar two and you'll receive a free day pass for the Esporta health club. Visit http://www.fuelcycling.co.uk/esportaoffer.asp
