Trek VW scores podium finish at Mt Snow

Crash takes out Zandio and Di Gregorio

A crash during stage 4 between Villers-Cotterets and Joigny saw Xabier Zandio and Remy di Gregorio both out of the Tour de France. The fall occurred 70km into the 193km stage and also involved Euskaltel's Inigo Landaluze, who managed to finish the stage.

A report from the Merida Marathon team...After weeks of rain all over the UK the Builth Wells round of the Merida Bikes MTB Marathon Series managed to find a hole in the national cloud cover and enjoyed more or less uninterrupted sunshine for the event weekend.
