Well one thing you can say about the Tour is that there is never any lack of drama. The general consensus after the first week's implosion of the strong favourite Vino after an unlucky crash was whether or not he could get back into the running. Yes it seemed unlikely but after two stunning stages his legion of fans had hope (only a little, I admit it I was a fan amongst them). Then came that test result, it seems his incredible time trial was just that - not credible. Adding to fans' heartache we have the Chicken's geographical amnesia, a seeming spiral of deceit that led to his team sacking him and his expulsion whilst in yellow.
