Abus Granit Chain 110 Review - BikeRadar

Relative to the competition, the Granit chain is light at almost half a kilo less than the 3 kilo benchmark.

Although no mount bracket is available, Abus do offer a neat carrying bag for the Granit at an additional £9.99. Typical of Abus, this is well made and well designed, and the chain and padlock took five minutes of handtool abuse easily. It was only when we broke out the power tools for test two that we could make any progress. In fact the Granit chain outlasted all but the heavy-weight Kryptonite New York chain. Again Abus show the competition how to make a good lock.
