Trelock MS 405 Review - BikeRadar

The MS 405 is another hefty lock, and with the combination of padlock and chain just shy of the 3 kilo mark, it's not exactly lightweight carrying material.

The Trelock offers a usable 1.1m of chain combined with an excellent padlock that is well designed to keep that all-important shackle out of the way. It sailed through our first test and all we managed to do was smash off the plastic casing of the padlock, revealing a well armoured and tough lock underneath. The chain was tough under pressure from all but the most powerful of power tools at our disposal in the second test.
