Park Tools Folding Hex/Screw/Torx IB-3 Tool
BikeRadar verdict
"Lacks a second tyre lever and a Phillips, but legendary Park quality..."
This 13-function tool has eight Allen keys plus a tyre lever that neatly slides over the I-Beam body section, but we struggled to remove a stubborn tyre without a second lever.
Like other tools that use fold-out chain tools, we found it best to position this part of the tool at right angles to the job to get the best leverage. The tyre lever that doubles as a spanner feels flimsy for the considerable force required to shift a 10-speed link pin.
Curiously there’s no Phillips screwdriver but the flat bladed driver tackles small adjustments to the gear limit screws easily.
Unusually, it includes a 1.5mm Allen key, which is needed for some high end cantilever return spring adjusters. The remaining keys are 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8mm, and there’s a 14 gauge spoke key in the middle of the body.

User review of Park Tools Folding Hex/Screw/Torx IB-3 Tool
Cant recommend what looks and feels like a quality product because the 1st time I had to use the chain tool it complately snapped in half...! Not the plastic piece but the main metal body folding out from the device proper...! Fortunately I was at home not out on the trail. Also found the tire lever way too flexy, DT rims and Tubeless tyres are always a snug fit but only just got away without it snapping
