A love of bikes, art, and the hit TV series, Mad Men, inspired former HGTV's FreeStyle host and renowned license plate artist Aaron Foster to offer a unique work of art up for auction. Proceeds from it will go to the US national nonprofit organization, Trips for Kids, which offers inner city and disadvantaged youth true mountain bike experiences.

The one-of-a-kind work of art is a replica of the television show's logo made entirely of vintage recycled license plates. The entire cast of Mad Men, and the show’s creator Matthew Weiner have also autographed the piece.

"The bicycle has always been a huge part of my life. When you're a kid, the bicycle is freedom - it makes your world bigger and provides a certain level of independence," Foster said. "I'm a big fan of kids on bikes. I'm a big fan of Mad Men. And I've been making license plate art for more than ten years now, so why not combine all three to raise some money for a great cause?"

The auction began, 22 March and runs through 1 April. Foster will close the auction during the season premiere on 1 April, at 8:45 pm (EST), just 15 minutes prior to the second episode of season five on AMC.

Foster's Mad Men license plate artwork auction is currently available for online bids.
