It may be the onset of winter (shorter days etc), the re-opening of Bath's BMX track or the copy of BMX Bandits Doddy found at the weekend but the MBUK team are currently all about the old-school bicycle moto-cross banter!

There have been several 'work breaks' to eat cakes and watch clips of Nicole Kidman razzing about in BMX Bandits ('The Citizen Kane of BMX movies') and YouTube clips from the iconic Death Track.

BMX tracks offer excellent winter training as they're all about upper-body work and sprinting, they don't require a high-maintenance full-sus rig and they keep your bike skills dialled.
Worryingly however, the next logical step is high-waisted trousers and the use of the word 'rad'...
