If you were in the Brecon Beacons yesterday evening, you might just have seen our art ed Jamer throwing his toys out of the pram.
But fair enough really, because Jimmer and MBUK regular snapper Russ Burton came back from a shoot to find the back window of the van smashed and a shed load of kit nicked.
Luckily the culprits were disturbed half way through their little raid, so they didn't get everything, but it was still, a lot of gear, and not what you need to find at the end of a long day.
So, if you're offered a set of Marzocchi 66 RC3 Ti forks in your local pub this weekend, or if you spot 'em in any of the usual places, like Ebay, we'd appreciate it if you could give us a bell in the office, or even call the local rozzers.
Here's what else went walkabout - keep those eyes peeled!
- Kali knee pads
- Straitline direct mount 50mm stem in black
- Airace multi tool 21 in one
- Clif drinks
- A load of trailpumps – Topeak Peak DX II master blaster, Scott aluminium mini trail pump, Airace Intelli-valve mini pump, Crank Bros Power Pump Ultra, Lezyne Alloy Drive S, Airwave Cyclone mini pump.
- Two Kali helmets
Most of Jamer's possessions were nabbed too, including his beloved Mavic shoes, so he's had a 'fun' day cancelling his cards, changing the locks and replacing a load of riding gear. Like we said, a tantrum was probably in order.
If you saw anything or have been offered any of the above, call us in the office, or ring Crimestoppers on 0800 555111. Right, we're off to drown our sorrows!
