MBUK's X-Mas ride

The annual X-mas do took place yesterday with shed loads of people riding from all over to the Lock Inn at Bradford on Avon for a lush X-mas lunch.
Several of us rode from Bath in the slightly chilling -2 degree conditions. For some daft reason, I though it would be a good idea to wear normal riding gloves- take a tip from me: Wear warm gloves otherwise you can't pick up a pint for bloody ages...

Luckily, the Lock Inn is a super homely pub- with a bike shop as part of the business. Cyclists are always welcome there, and you can take the pick of eating and drinking in the pub itself, or on the barge outside, or in the very cosy sheds. It's a great little boozer- check it out...
