    Practice started early this morning at 8.30. I did two runs, the course was really difficult today - it was half way between wet and dry which meant it was proper slippy. I felt like all my practice had been a waste of time, but was reassured by Donny and Will because they were both having the same trouble.

    After walking the track yesterday I was really excited - really steep and rocky with a gnarly 20 foot step down at the top. The bottom section is littered with bermed turns and drops leading to a big double to finish.
