In lieu of finding a new and improved nickname for disgraced Italian cyclist Riccardo Riccò, we took our search to YouTube, where in modern times, a video is worth more than a thousand words.

For years, when an athlete was known to have used performance-enhancing drugs to boost their results, they were said to be "on the juice."
