Specialized partners with World Bicycle Relief to donate bikes to aid workers in Africa

Are you in need of a new commuter bike? Do you feel like doing a good deed? Specialized, SRAM, Gates have partnered with World Bicycle Relief to allow cyclists to do both by purchasing a Specialized Source Two LTD.

For every Source Two LTD sold, Specialized will donate a Buffalo Bicycle to World Bicycle Relief. These bicycles will be used by healthcare workers in sub-Saharan Africa, and will allow them to travel further, carry more supplies, and treat five times more patients than they be able to on foot.

The $1,500 Source Two LTD is a versatile utility bike that requires a minimal a level of upkeep. It comes equipped with racks and fenders, SRAM hydraulic disc brakes, a 2-speed SRAM Automatix hub and Gates CDX CenterTrack belt drive.

The Source Two LTF is available at Specialized dealers across the U.S. and the around the globe.

Here's a video that may make you stop and think about how your experience on a bicycle differs from those the source two ltd is intended to help
