An emotional Dumoulin shed some tears at the finish. Feillu was equally happy for getting yellow. Frischkorn narrowly missed the stage win. He is now third in GC.

Millar is 1'46 behind on GC and can take yellow tomorrow, although 30km is uncharacteristically short for a Tour TT.
