Neither, yuk! Water 99% of the time, 2-3 litres a day and the occasional OJ/Lucozade, and i am t-total.

I ticked Tea on the Poll.
Although, if i've only got a 1 hour ride 'window' in the early morning, have a large coffee (stimulate the metabolism) and nothing else. See if I can loose some timber
