In a serious suggestion, the MBUK saddle test, suggested that the Syncros AM saddle has sofa-esque proportions so should provide ample cushioning for your 'issue'

Rip the seat off and ride (aka shove it up your butthole) on the seatpost alone, that way your "well endowed" manhood will flop freely in the wind.

You must ride very wierd. I don't care if your are big or small if you have a decient set of cycle shorts and position your family jewels correct then you will not have a problem!!!
