Strange noises from forks?

Just got myself some dj3s from 04.new seals and the lbs seated the crown race and put them on aswell.also has headset stripped cleaned and greased and theres a nasty click on every compression from the left leg(as you look at the bike from the front).they are air aswell could it be different air in the forks legs?any ideas????

Is it a new old stock fork? They may need a strip and service.

theyd had a service a few months back and new seals put on.they feel great just a weird off putting noise from them:S
