What pedals do the hire bikes at Newport have. I believe they are Look, but are they Deltas or Keo?

if your interested i have a barely used set of cleats that i wouldnt mind getting rid off say 7quid delivered? only used at newport about three times last year. they are red. pretty certain i still got all the bolts too
