Hi All my gears shift smoothely and without a problem but each gear is one too high.

So when I'm in gear 2 it's on the largest sprocket and when I shift to 1 it wants to shift into my spokes. When I'm in gear 8 the chain is on the second smallest sprocket.

How do I adjust it? H/L Screws? Barrel Adjuster?

Thanks

sounds like a bent mech hanger.

if it is not bent then read the set up info on Parktools.

It's not bent. I was out with it all was fine, when I got back I loosend the bolt that holds the cable tight on the derraileur for some reason... Tried to set it up again and it doesn't work ''properly''.

You nned to set it up correctly - your limit stops must be wrong and cable tension. Also check the cables run smooth.

so you need to set the tension and it sounds like you have been very lucky as you have been running with the Stop screws set incorrectly. (unless you have also "adjusted" them).
