Hi,

My fork stanchions appear to be operating a little dry as well as the rear shock.

Front is fox float RLC RP24 and rear is rp23. I have a bottle of fox fluid ready.

Is it a fairly easy task to pop of the fork seals and syringe a bit of float fluid around the foam rings.

Can you replensih the rear shock in situ. I remember possibly seeing someone had removed the valve core and squirted some fluid in. Is it that simple.

Thanks

Popping the seals up and lubing the foam rings with Float fluid is really easy. However, as I've recently discovered to my great expense, it's only half the job and doesn't actually lube the bushes.
