Based on my own experience, it's closer to 0%. Depends what you mean by 'party' though. I assume it's not a cheese and wine affair Wink

I'm sure the Coca-Cola won't affect you that much.

My 16th was carnage. Even 20 years later, my mum still reminds me, or should I say embarasses me, by rreminding me of the aftermath. Usually in front of my wife.

Depends how long you're out for. If it's a late one, don't bother with bed at all. It takes mental strength though.

I used to work until 4/5am and found it easier to stay up a few more hours and go out. If you sleep for a couple of hours and then wake up, you feel a lot worse, because your body's systems are still slowly turning themselves off. Some parts of your body are in "recovery mode", which leaves you more fatigued if you suddenly wake up half way through the "shutting down" phase. If you force yourself to stay awake, you can prolong the tiredness if you keep active. You WILL completely collapse when you get home though, so eat a lot and expect to be asleep from 4/5pm-10am. Laughing

Seriously, I get REAL bad 'hang-overs' from drinking Coke!

I don't drink when I go out, but if I drink Coke, then I'm sure it's the e-numbers and sugar that messes me up the next day - dehydrated and a sore head...

Squash is much better for you Wink But you do look WELL lame drinking squash at a bar, trying to chat up some women.... Twisted Evil

Meh. what do I care anyway... Laughing

just have a really loud alarm clock, my pc pumps out ACDC when i need to get up. Wakes me up no matter the time, no matter how much sleep i've had, because it's hugely loud and i HAVE to jump out of bed to turn it off before it wakes my flatmates...
