i am doing the exact same thing, if you stay in bed rather then get up have food andget out on the bike you will feel much worse, you can always catch up on sleep in the afternoon

Based on my own experience, it's closer to 0%. Depends what you mean by 'party' though. I assume it's not a cheese and wine affair

My 16th was carnage. Even 20 years later, my mum still reminds me, or should I say embarasses me, by rreminding me of the aftermath. Usually in front of my wife.

just have a really loud alarm clock, my pc pumps out ACDC when i need to get up. Wakes me up no matter the time, no matter how much sleep i've had, because it's hugely loud and i HAVE to jump out of bed to turn it off before it wakes my flatmates...
