ive used a certain popular cycling website to buy goods from for ages, and have not ever had any trouble with them.
however, on wednesday i ordered a cycle computer and selected it to be shipped via 48hr courier service, due to the post strikes.
it still has not arrived, and am peeved i spent an extra fiver for delivery.
also, it says my item has not yet been shipped, but is in stock.
and, my card has been charged!!!
am i worthy of asking for my money back for delivery?
thanks
