I go when I'm tired, usually between 22:00 - 00:00.
I don't set my alarm, except for the day I go back to work.
I usually wake, unaided, around 6am.

Yeah I don't need an alarm now either, last time I set it was for the Big G when I left at something like 3am, even then i think Iwas awake.

10.30pm so I can either be up for work at 6am or on the bike for a lovely morning ride (usually the former )

Being winter time, early – ideally 9pm latest – and I am up again early.
It means that by late morning around 11am I've already done a day's work and can potter about doing my own stuff with the remaining 5 hours of daylight available (e.g. out on bike – because I hate early morning bike rides in the wintertime) .

I have narcolepsy so fall asleep all the time randomly, plays havoc with my bike, one minute going along minding my own business next I'm waking up in the road still attached to my bike. It can be a right pain but thats all pa fdhgjkt

work days i go to bed at 10ish and set my alarm for 6 40 press snooze a few times then normally get out of bed by 7, weekends if i stay in it is whenever i get tired or bored but normally end up getting in from going out at anything between 12 and 3, find it much easier to get up at weekends and get out on the bike than getting up for work

Isn't it odd how going to bed in what I would call the early evening (eg 9 or 10pm) and getting up early is considered virtuous whereas staying up late (1 or 2 am) and getting up at 9am is sinful.
