My girlfriend got hit by a car (She's fine) the rear wheel was pancaked, it was a pretty light xero wheel and we need a replacement... Nothing to expensive, £200 tops!... Looking for something under 950g..
Not to bothered about strength as she's really light... Just a light cheap aero wheel..
I would have got a planet x model B but they dont do campag, I would have gone with xero again but they only seem to have pairs.
Any ideas? Rolling Eyes

Erm ... yes they do actually. I have a pair and they are good for the money. They may be out of stock at present but worth waiting for imo.

Hit by a car? I presume the car drove off and she has no witnesses, as otherwise why isn't the car driver (or their insurance) paying for a new wheel?

It was witnessed, he admittited it and the police where at the scene...Its a carbon Bianchi and we've been told by a bike shop that been carbon we need a full new bikie so where waiting for the insurance to come through..

We're still going to use the bike as a winter bike though, the chain and rear mech hanger have been replaced... now just looking for a wheel... The Halo mercury is looking a good bet at the moment Very Happy

Which Xero's? Parkers are doing pairs for less than £200.

Carlsberg don't make cycle clothing, but if they did it would probably still not be as good as Assos

They where some older ones from Ebay.. not sure about the model but they are a little lighter than the ones for £200ish on parkers website.
