The bit of plastic that one of the limiting screws screws into is knackered on my X-0 rear mech. Any ideas anyone?

Do you mean the B screw? Or the limit screws on the top of the mech body labelled H and L?

The limit screws marked H and L that stop the mech from going too far off the cassette.

You can order then from Cycle-surgery in Birmingham so I guess they must be available to order from any stockist. I know because I ordered some for a friends Spesh Epic with 2007 SRAM X.O. They did cost £10 mind! Ask for the limit screws and if you are speaking to someone who is switched on they should be able to fine them.
