will this headset fit my bike?

nope your frame seems to have cups.

does it?

if internal cups then you need an internal/zero stack headset.

My headset is a internal/zero stack headset,the one i linked is an internal.I just wondered if it will fit as i dont know if intenal headsets/my frame have a standard size or not.The problem with mine is that i dont have the correct crown race or top part,i am using a crown race and top cup ffrom a ball raced setup atm which is not ideal and my headset seems to have sealed bearings.
