Looking for some xmas cash are we, clever way of an interest free loan using the cyclescheme
Also isnt it against the terms and conditions to sell the bike before the 3 year "hire purchase" period is up as they could ask for the bike back.

Depends how long the hire agreement was, but it's not yours to sell until the final monthly payment (and subsequent payment to purchase) has been made.
Carlsberg don't make cycle clothing, but if they did it would probably still not be as good as Assos |

if you haven't finished paying for the bike then it's not legally yours and you can't sell it. If you get made redundant which, lets face it, is happening quite a lot recently, and you miss a payment on the bike, you're in the sh*t, basically.

But the bike doesn't belong to you, it legally belongs to your company meaning that if you sell it you are commiting a criminal offence i.e Fraud! You have also recieved tax relief on the purchase agreement because of the scheme it was bought under meaning that you are also defrauding the tax office.

Agreed with the others, the bike is not in your name. Your employer owns it. The credit agreement is in your name, and thats it. You only take ownership once the hire period is over and you pay the 'nominal fee' or whatever.
What you are trying to do is fraud Im afraid.
Edited to say that you have both your name and mobile number on display here, thus making it very very easy for them to get you. If I were you, admit you are in the wrong now and delete this thread.

Being a bit of a pedant, but I think it's actually the Cycle Scheme company that own it 'til it's settled. Either way, it cannot be legally sold on by Ryan123456789.

its a sad day when idiots dont realise your helping them but £750 what a minute you get a bike for £1100 your voucher is for £1000 you get 40% off the £1000 so you pay back £600 and the £100 extra thats £700 so does it cost £50 to post a xc bike

Come on chap. At least remain civil and courteous. The guys are all correct in what they have said. Mud slinging in defence of your actions will only serve to get you a bad reputation on here.

Good, glad you're keeping it because its fraud if you sell it.
However no doubt it'll be on Ebay soon.

in case you hadn't noticed, it's a public forum. The point raised is actually very valid, because if the bike were to be sold via this board the new 'owner' would not legally be the owner.

The bike isnt for sale.i dont have an ebay account.dont presume you know what my actions are going to be.i got the bike and had every intention of keeping it till i so that a 09 trance x2 was reduced at pedal on frm 2thousand to 12hundred and i couldnt resist.so the cube isnt required now.was selling it with no profit.750.i paid extra 100 and i pay 650 back over 52wk.i wasnt trying to con anybody.it was a genuine offer.i thort somebody else could benefit who cudnt get cycle voucher.anyhow ive got bad feeling about this forum now and i wont be trying to sell again
