David Le Grys and Lee Povey of www.fasttrackcoaching.biz are excited to announce details of our first track clinic of 2010 on Saturday January 2nd and Sunday January 3rd at Newport Velodrome.
This two day clinic will cover the 200m time trial in great detail on day one, with both video feedback and expert analysis after each effort. Then on day two we will go through various sprint specific training drills which you can perfect with our help and add to your personal training programs.
Saturday’s session starts at 12pm with riders arriving and hopefully being able to have a go on WATT bikes before the rider briefing at 1pm, the session will finish at approx 6.15pm
Sunday there will be a road ride at 9.30 of approx 90 minutes and then we will be back at the track at 1pm for a rider briefing and finishing at approx 6pm.
We have had a large number of enquires so I urge you to contact us immediately to avoid disappointment if you wish to participate.
