afraid I've decided to do the sensible thing and leave off riding a few days as feeling progressively worse. hope it's not too wet for those that do venture out.

Hope you kept yr HR in zone one all the way home, you dont wanna push it too hard this time of year....
That guy really wound me up, the more I think of it the more bullshit his excuses were. Especially when hes trying to say "He wont make it up" about Giz.
...As-if going up a steep hill this time of year is going to affect his chances in cat4 racing next season. Too many people like that around. If he wants his only riding partner to be his HRM then so be it.
Yeah.... Really wound me up!
Good ride tho I thought. |
Lol, that's good! He did me to I just didn't want to say to much in case you knew him! Exactly the kind of cyclist I dont want to become! I bet he didn't go up it because he's a rubbish climber! |
So what happened here?

I've just PM'ed and/or emailed everyone that's on this thread or on the email list that's expressed an interest, inviting them to join http://bristolradars.freeforums.org/
I'm not entirely sure about how facebook groups work, so is someone else able to message everyone that's on that group to invite them too and we can get a feel for how many people are still interested?
That's if any of you made it back from the ride today...if you went out that is? It's a little bit breezy out there!

I think regular rides/clubs forming online is really kewl
I always browse the RPCC threads... they were crawling around 80km loops to start with a year ago..these days they have a couple of racers and are bowling around surrey at 30kph...
if they nail a second winter they could step up... in the space of a year.
putting the mileage in.
