Looking for Carbon wheelset either Pair of 50mm, or would consider deep section variations, something like 82/101mm. Has to be on Shimano

Neil,
I have a set of Zipp 404's (shimano fit) with 58mm rims, that have done 92 miles in total since new. They come with Tufo S3 Lite tubs which have done the same miles.
Would these be of any interest?
Cheers
Scott

Hi Scott Thanks for reply, I was looking for something a little bit lower down the price scale just because these will be my 1st set of Carbons and wanted to try for a while before I go down the top end gear route . I have done my research and 404's seem to be fairly pricey. Do you have a figure in mind?

Hi Neil,
i have a pair of Planet-X pro-carbon wheels i've advertised on here before - they're the 50mm marbled rims built onto American Classic hubs with sapim bladed spokes. They're tubs, and come with an ultegra 12-25 cassette and Planet-X titanium quick release skewers. They've not seen much use at all (i'm not much of a time triallist!), i can get pictures to you on Sunday if you're interested - looking for £350 posted. Cheers,
Chris.

Hi chris, That sounds great, 50mm planet x carbons might just be what would suit me.

Neil, if you havnt bought some just yet, I've properly put them up for sale at £850 with tubs, tape, sealant and extenders and sram cassette. Theyve done stupid low mileage! Im keeping my 303's and buying an 808 front, so the PAIR of 404s will just about cover my new 808. lol
