Personally i would go for the carbon, they do look nice and like you say yours was previously owned, carbon has bee getting better all the time and that frame looks to be a good improvement on yours.

Just go easy on it this time eh. Wink

Just bought me a XC bike- VERY little riding experience- mainly commuting atm but working on my fitness- XC may be a good way to improve this.

Cool cant wait lol!

they are also now doing Ragley frames too! they are Very nice! they've a custom build steel one in black, sexy looking bike! and another custom build alloy frame, also very nice But the Winner has to be the Custom build Ti frame! that really is a nice bit of kit! beutiful frame! so light yet storng! BUT! at £1400 for the frame it would need to be loL!

Nice choice should be an interesting ride they seem to get very good write up's.

As for the yogi's id love to ride with them again but my weekends keep getting taken up. Sad

I hope one day to get my coyote ht5 built back up such a fast agile little frame it deserves to get another showing.

Tim - bet it was quite a surprise when i posted that thread that actually praised the frame, has the wind changed who knows. Wink

Yogi is definitely the way to go. Regular rides during the week and at weekends for all levels of rider.

In between working and riding, I try to find some time to take photo's

You might want to look up Cornwall Freeriders on facebook.

They have a DH race IIRC 1st Sunday of every month.

If you can't find 'em, speak to James in Clive Mitchell's (Truro).

Not bad, baselayer and jersey was enough the buff also came into it's own, nothing to write home about just a run down to devoran and back, been in the gym more than anything thanks to the weather of late.

Dazz, yeah was a shock matey! i was expecting them to be slating them for falling apart lol!
but then that said, someo f the builds they are doing are so light that i dont think they would use it for half the stuff we do! (as in most the groups in our fine land!)
the cotic frame si only half a pound heavier than the carbon one i have so should be a nice build, depending on length might drop the bombers on it as they are a little stiffer than the sid's!!!
Glad you got a Buff!! did you get a fancy one?? such a thin thing makes so much difference hey!

you could always build the coyote up witht he spares of your frame when you built that up, it wont be Super light like the giant but would be useable for training???

cant wait to get the frame now, Mum and pop[s have both agreed to pass on some coins for christmas towards it as has the good lady and now i wont need to buy any bling for the bike i can put some more towards it, hoping to get half way on the cost for christmas so can have it ready for the new years!
opnly things i am going to need for it is a headset and seat post (my 26.8 is a lil Bent and its a 27.2 frame) tempted to go for a hope headset?? although may just go for the normal decent fsa ones!!!

really chuffed though!

Well it's more as a thrash about fun build, saves wearing the expensive bits, anyway can't afford any new bike bits for now so that's on the back burner.

The buff was quite a surprise, did a good job of keeping the sweat away and keeping me warm
