Good morning, Very Happy

Not usually worried about getting wet muddy and cold, par for the course in the Lakes. However today I'm not really feeling up for it so I need some words of wisdom from someone to give me a boot up my ars* so I get out.

cheers

Neil

"Reverse psychology is a persuasion technique involving the advocacy of a belief or behavior that is opposite to the one desired, with the expectation that this approach will encourage the subject of the persuasion to do what is desired"

As I said I am heading down to Kirroughtree to test out the new parts that I added to my Old Trek 4500 HT.. nowt like a blast round the trails on the bike on a crisp winters morning to blow away the old cobwebs and set you up for the rest of the day...... You have fun now..Y'hear Very Happy

see you did have a good day, I had a blast also, weather was dry and sunny, had a few speed wobbles on parts of the trails, had a pinch flat, had a few swear words, had an adrenaline rush on a rock garden that had been my "Nemesis" but I nailed it today, but most important of all... I was out having fun Cool Cool

glad to hear the Sun came out for you... Wink

Rode from home later in the afternoon. Jeez it's quiet on a Sunday in November when the weather is eversoslightly dodgy. Apricots and fig rolls on the way to Follow The Dog, did a lap without really thinking about it. Wandered over the North End and slip-skidded down a few favourite bits. Switched the lights on and did another loop around Sherbrook. Headed back home around 7-ish. Very Happy

Got out plenty thanks. Just handing out some useful educational advice. "Pooring" is a very large error - the correct letter is two keys away from the wrong one so not even a typo.

Thanks for asking though...
