It lives! built it at last.

Got a general MTB question that doesn't fit anywhere else? Here's the place.

ROLF.
We're fine, waiting for summer... working my nuts off.

MX now there's a mad sport, don't you go breaking anything. You're mad enough on a bike, lol.
I have the Busa back on the road, I forgot how dammed fast that thing is. Been to work on it a few times. Now need a new tyre, most of it is stuck to the A50.

Learning FR/DH, when I'm good enough I going to do the "No Human" (seriously expert level) track, I walked it but don't have enough confidence, yet!!

The new XC track just great - SimonM been doing a great job - Fast twisty and a little bit tricky.

The new Fast Track is fantastic - Chris our resident DH builder has been putting his mind and hands to good work by designing a great track. You've got to do the fastTrack, you'll love it.

Have you seen my pics of it?

Just fitting air-con to the house (fixed wall units), nearly as much fun as having one's teeth drilled.
At least the house will be cool in summer

7.20 Sun morning, waiting for Screwfix to open - need some tools to fininsh the air-con.

Yep they do, I'd wondered what I'd ordered when they arrived :)

Now they are bedded in - Wharney did that in a day - the braking is leathal, I've turned down the pad bite now and I'm used to my hayes NINEs which were very sharp.

CODES are in a completely new league, had to learn how to brake again.

Don't say that "Don't count on it, broken Scott Octane" I'm just getting into this crazy sport. Don't wnat the wife to know someone has broken a Scott (she rides as well) she'll say I wasted all that money.

You must have hit the ground hard to snap a Scott like that, huge drop was it?

Finger looks painful too, at least the body mends itself (in most cases)
