New holotech (left-fell off riding..help).

I would probably think that you originally did it up too tightly, and so stripped the threads. I don't think you can just buy a left crank arm...

In future I'd recommend a torque wrench with a setting of approx 44Nm.

i suspect you left something out. from what you have said of tightening up allen keys, you haven't mentioned the torque cap part. you should have tightened up the torque cap part first to tighten things across the bottom bracket, and then the allen keys should be used to simply hold it in place there after.

if you did all of those steps then you are fine. but you can screw it up easy by over tightening. also if your BB is not faced properly you could have problems.

If its a new part its always going to come lose at first, probably just need to keep retightening it, inless you've fooked the threads as said.
