got 2 weeks off from saturday (4th) fair bit of riding planned but
but past few days my Achilles tendons have been sore, discomfort after a few hours of walking/ shop work
so, rest and ICE when i can, and just ignore the pain, and ride every other day or?
think i got this from riding my road bike, which has flat pedals
( long story)
flats on the mtb, i feel i have more of a stable platform on the mtb
what to do?
