'Flat Out Fit' training program

Anyone done this program? I'm thinking of buying it. Need to get my fitness up to enjoy riding more. Sluggish as all buggery right now! Something has to be done about it :wink:

Where's your current fitness at? Are you at a stage where just riding a load more will benefit, without the need for any complex plan?

Current fitness is shot to bits! I'm thinking a plan will give me a target and focus rather than just saying I'll ride, or do other exercise, more and then not do much at all!!

just ride more.. push yourself up every hill and keep going..
