Can Tsgabu Grmay win a first Tour de France for Africa?

I've have thought the answer is a resounding no. He'd need to be doing a lot more than being the second best time trialist in Africa at 21.....


Edit to correct - was the African Championship in Burkina Faso - not the national championships

Yeah that is a little over stretch. Written by a non-cyclist.

I'd be more likely to go for Tekle - I'm still hoping this guys time will come to shine on a 1 week race let alone a GT.

Not really, if he was a footballer, he would be eligible to play for both, riding under a British license, was probably better for his carrear than a Kenyan one.
