Touring on Hybrid

Postby joshw » Wed Jun 13, 2007 15:00 pm

Hi,
Going touring on my Trek Hybrid.
Currently has Bontrager 700x35 tyres.
Looking for something a little faster but still good puncture protection.

700x32?
700x28?

Vittoria Randonneur?
Conti Gatorskin?

Thanks,
Josh

I tour on 700c x 28 Panaracer Paselas. I wasn't impresses with Gatorskins - too many punctures.

Thanks,
Josh

i have 700x35 armadillos on my hybrid and they are brilliant. one puncture in about 800 miles and that was becasue the tyres had not been pumpd up enough. If they had them in the sizes you mentioned i'd go for them.
