this might sound silly but i recently lost the spoke magnet from my speedo, ordered new a universal
one and cant get it to work,is there different sorts of magnets for different speedos?

You probably don't have the magnet close enough to the sensor. - Quality Binoculars at a Sensible Price.

i bought a pack of rare-earth magnets on ebay, you get dozens for a few quid, for instance... ... 0896774255

attach to spoke with a blob of *gel* superglue, or epoxy, or tape

the magnets are much more powerful, so adjustment is easier
my bike - faster than god's and twice as shiny
