Hi Cleat. I hope you enjoyed the 2013 Ride for the 96. I'm the organiser, Ben.

Last year we raised just under £17,000 for the charities, around half of which was through entry fees and half through rider sponsorship. Hopefully this year we can raise a similar amount; the main beneficiary charity this year is Alzheimer's Society. As always, 100% of monies raised go to the charities.

The 2014 ride follows almost the identical route as last year, though being on Sunday 29th June, we're hoping for better weather than we had in April last year!

This year we have 3 entry options - all the same 96km route.

-Standard Entry: £32
-Optional ‘Jersey’ Entry: £64
-Optional ’96′ Entry: £96 (Limited to only 96 riders)

If you choose the standard entry option, you will receive a rider pack on the day that contains:

-Bottle of water
-Hardcopy route sheet

If you choose the £64 entry option, your rider pack will contain:

-Everything in the standard entry
-Ride for the 96 cycling jersey

If you choose the £96 entry option, your rider pack will contain:

-Everything in the standard entry
-Everything in the ‘Jersey’ entry
-Ride for the 96 certificate
-A limited edition match programme of Jamie’s last ever game for the club.
-A limited edition tribute to Jamie Carragher collectors glossy.
-Signed shirt by Jamie Carragher 2012/2013 signed on the front.
-Sports Nutrition

All riders will additionally be able to download a TCX and/or GPX track file for GPS systems.

Feel free to drop me a line subsy@rideforthe96.co.uk or just ask away in this thread if anyone has any questions about the ride......

Hope to see you on the day!
