Wallet found nr Embankment, 20 Dec

Postby TGOTB » Thu Dec 20, 2012 09:10 am

I found a wallet and some money lying in a puddle this morning; from their location I suspect they were dropped by a cyclist.

If it was yours, PM me your name and I'll arrange to return it to you...

Really weren't very many of us riding down there this morning were there! Good luck trying to get it back to the person- with the weather this bad you can't blame someone for being a bit distracted and not noticing it dropping out of a pocket.

Yeah, I know the owner's name. The only address (on the driving licence) is quite a long way from London (looks like a parents address), and I should imagine he would rather take delivery in person if possible. If no-one responds I'll either try directory enquiries to get a phone number for the non-London address, or post it there.

No pictures of fit wife, but credit to the owner for being equipped for a romantic liaison :-)

This is harder than I thought. Home phone number is ex-directory, so I can post the wallet there as a last resort but not call anyone up. Facebook/Twitter have too many people with the same name, can't find him on LinkedIn.

I've a hunch he may work at JP Morgan. Anyone at JPM willing to see if he's in your corporate directory, and drop him a mail if he is? If so, pse PM me and I'll give you his name.

Could phone JPM and ask? I'm sure if you say you found his wallet they'll put you through

Terrible search skills Mr ;).

Switchie or a bloomberg terminal will solve that one for you very quickly.

Outside the rarified circles that you move in, not everyone is on BBG (and yes, I did look!)

Think I've found my man now, thanks Rebs!

Didn't they invent roundabouts in Yeovil? Either that, or a town planner had a roundabout fetish.
What do you mean you think 64cm is a big frame?
