I'm a fairly regular listener but not paid much attention to his theme before, will pay more attention next time it's on.

I have always presumed that it is the theme from' Pogles' wood'. One of the finest and weirdest of Postgate's creations.

...thanks Priory, that's not the one I meant, but thanks for the interesting link... there's something very special about hearing Oliver Postgate's voice...
