oatmeal, apples, oranges, bananas, total and cheerios cereal, broccoli, celery, salmon, tilapia

ok i know this is not a big list i am hoping others will contribute. if you open this thread try to put down at least 1 healthy food for losing weight and living better. anything from meats, vegetables, fruits, desserts, shakes, protein bars, nuts, ect! thanks!

Quinoa, brown rice, dates, avocado, almonds, lettuce, mackerel, hemp oil, pineapple, purple sprouting (but not all together!).

Also, drink plenty of water every day and eat less processed foods.

all the above plus....sea bass, black bream, chicken (with skin and fat removed), grapes, plums, mange tout, cucumber, tomatoes, cornflakes, alpen light bars, plenty of water etc etc etc
