Set the pressure to give the sag you want.

that is it. it is that simple.

you may then find that your riding style require a little more or a little less air.

there are no numbers to give as it all depends on the suspension design and rider.

the only pressure to be aware of is for the pedalling action damping, Most shock/fork makers state a range of pressures that this chamber has to be set between or damage can occur that is not covered by any warranty.
