I need to start taking 1500mg of these tablets daily, so does anyone here know where the cheapest place on line is please?

I use healthspan.co.uk fantastic products, good value and free delivery. I use Glucosamine & Chondroitin (optiflex glucosamine meant to be 40% more pure glucosamine per gram than standard sulphate types).

Three tablets a day gives you 1500mg and has helped me no end with sports because of knee pain from old football injury. If you search on line you can normally find a discount code for a few pound off.

just google it and you'll come up with loads that do it online for less that a tenner. or you could pop in to you local Holland and Barret and see if they do their buy one get another for a penny deal on them.

I Have been taking optiflex from Healthspan for about 5yrs along with fish oil, but having not reordered for the last three months i have come to the conclusion that they make no difference whatsoever

I got a great deal from Holland & Barrett, it was buy 1 buy the second for 1p, so basically buy one get one free.
