going on some big rides soon just been on CR to look HOW MANY!!! just something to keep me going if starting to lag or feeling crampish! cheers

What are the rides? Do you want drink, gel, solid food?

It's all personal, for non-competitive activities I'd generally rather use 'real food' than energy stuff, which can play havoc with your guts if you're not careful/used to it.
