No doubt to ensure all his riders take the correct vitamin and health supplements!

My suggestion for a new UCI rule:

No ex-rider or current DS in any way connected with previous doping offences should be allowed to manage/chaperone/mentor or act as an agent for any pro or neo-pro rider beyond 2012

Getting rid of the rotten apples is the only way forward.

Don't think he needs to worry about a paternity test for his kids, especially not the son! Wonder how long it will be before his boy bursts onto the pro scene?
