While racing at Oktoberfest i got cramp in my left leg hamstring which put me on my back at the side of the track in agony. Nearly ended my race.
Problem now is that it still hurts a month later. I train on average 9hrs a week but no problems during training. Its off the bike it hurts at times and has nearly cramped up a couple of times, once when getting up out of a chair and other was when walking in a shop
Not sure whats going on and ideally dont want to stop training, any advise would be much appreciated!
Just to add, i drink enough water, eat 2 bananas a day and take electrolyte (Elete) tablets.
Get fit for riding.
