As long as your shifters are Shimano then you'll be fine.

SRAM chain and cassette on an otherwise Shimano Group is fine.

Shifters and mechs need to be from the same group though to be sure of avoiding possible issues so don't mix those.

all should be fine then il wait for a set of Ultegra 10 speed shifters to come up and we are good to go.

FYI, any Shimano 10 speed shifters will work with ultegra mechs so you could widen your horizons and look for a cheaper set of shifters.
I have only two things to say to that; Bo***cks

I had a bike built up with Shimano 105 (5600) apart from a SRAM Rival front mech and everything worked smoothly.

If all you want is a working system and are not bothered about mixing then Tiagra will do.

My reference to shifters from the same group could have said 'same make' e.g Shimano.
