Revelation dual position??!?!?

Postby bigdavevw » Fri Nov 23, 2012 20:53 pm

Hey guys, i,m looking to get rid of my Fox Talas 150mm-120mm forks as i,m not impressed with them. They,re flexy, small bump sensitivity isn,t the best in 120mm, and they have developed play in the bushes after 6 months of xc use.

So i,m looking at some rev RTC3 solo air dual position forks. Only thing is, i really dont know what the dual position is, there is no clear description of it, yes i have searched here and on the RS site.
Does it lock the fork out at 120mm or does it allow you to run the fork as normal but with 120mm travel like on the Talas? I really like the idea of the Talas, i use it in 120mm 90% of the time, but i also like to extend it for rougher stuff.

So it is not a lock out, it effectively turns it into a 120mm fork then?

so you have not read the info on srams webby

Add in the new RCT3 - a lockout with three positions
"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
